Michael McIntire
Michael McIntire is our leader, studio owner, coach, and photographer. His passion for photography began at the age of 14 and he has since seized every opportunity to improve that ability. His decision to become a full time photographer was solidified while spending two years as a missionary in Guatemala. Capturing images of the people and exotic locations intensified his love for the art of photography.
Michael pursued a degree in business management with the hopes of one day owning his own studio. After graduating from Utah Valley University, he moved to Cincinnati where he accepted a managerial position at The Kroger Company. He was soon recruited by a local photographer to help manage daily studio activities. Three years later, Michael was able to capture his dream when he and his father-in-law opened a studio in Loveland, OH. In May of 2010, Glutz Photography founder Robert Glutz retired from portrait photography and reached out to Kevin and Michael. McIntire Photography and Glutz Photography merged at that time and became the company it is today.
Whether it’s a family portrait or an advertising campaign, Michael loves working with clients to create stunning images to meet their vision.
Tenaha
Tenaha is a fine art photographer specializing in book and printmaking. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2013 from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning program, where she focused on conceptual and documentary photography. She has exhibited her works in numerous galleries throughout Cincinnati, including the Contemporary Arts Center in 2009 and a larger installation for the Factory Square Fine Arts Festival/parProjects in 2011.
In the last few years, Tenaha has expanded her love for photography when she found that she really enjoyed portrait photography. She believes nothing compares to the joy of capturing a joyous moment with her client and sharing that experience with them through imagery.
Native to the area, she loves to donate her time and volunteers at local shelters and community improvement projects. One of her latest was the “Over-the-Rhine” beautification project working with “Keep Cincinnati Beautiful.”
Joanna
Joanna is our Studio Manager. She has earned her Bachelor's of Fine Art degree, and spends time working in various art medias, and teaching when she can. She loves working with our team... and seeing our customers overjoyed with their images. She is a mom of three and takes care of all four of her men.
Jennifer
Jennifer "Jen" joined the McIntire team in early 2016 and soon fell in love with our photographers and clients. Jen is our Sales consultant and is (what she likes to call herself)... the "Voice of McIntire Photography". She answers the phone, and is here to answer your questions, make your appointment, and offer advice. Jen has a degree in Broadcast Journalism and has worked in the field of communications and customer service for years. In her spare time, she enjoys her family and new grandson, golf, swimming, and the occasional Riverbend concert.
Megan
Megan, our lab and production manager, has been with our studio for 14 years now. She is the vital person behind the scenes who polishes our work, gets things out the door on time, and makes us look good. When she is not taking care of us... she takes care of her family at home.
